Seal Coating
We use Armor Seal A-100 which is an asphalt-based sealer formulated to give improved protection to blacktop surfaces. Fill minor cracks and depressions to develop a smoother, more attractive, longer-lasting surface. It protects against oxidation (caused by harmful sun rays) and water seepage, among the main causes of asphalt deterioration. Reduces water damage caused by rain, snow, frost, freezing and thawing. Its durable coating is also recommended for hot, arid climates and resists deterioration caused by temperature extremes. Reduces maintenance due to the smooth even surface. Sweeping, snow removal and maintenance are simpler, faster and less expensive. It gives improved protection of driveways, parking lots, school playgrounds, tennis courts, & walkways.
We can also get Armor Seal A-200, a coal tar based sealer and Armor Seal A-300, a blend of coal tar and asphalt based sealer. All of these products meet state and federal specifications.
Paint Striping
We use either Columbia Paint or Sherman Williams lead-free latex traffic paint. It is an all-acrylic, lead-free formulation that provides excellent adhesion and long-term abrasion resistance. High solids composition maximizes surface coverage and hiding power. It is good for use on parking lots, roadways, playground, tennis courts, & walkways.
We do a small to large parking lot striping including all lines and stenciling that the customer wants (arrows, lettering, light pole painting, and curb & bumper stop painting) and the ADA requires (blue and white handicap symbols and background).
We can also get oil based traffic paints. All of these products meet state and federal specifications.
Cracksealing
We use either a W.R. Meadows or Koch brand quality, hot applied crack sealant specifically formulated for sealing cracks in asphalt. They offer excellent bonding properties, high resiliency and resistance to degradation from weathering. This product meets state and federal specifications.
Asphalt Patching
We use hot plant mix from one of the local asphalt plants. We do skim patching and square cut patching with all the necessary prep work depending on the customer’s needs.
